General

Matrixcave Digital Group, Inc. is a B2B digital agency incorporated in Delaware, United States. We help entrepreneurs, growing businesses, and established operators build stronger digital systems — covering e-commerce, web development, AI automation, performance marketing, and strategy consulting.
We work exclusively with B2B clients — entrepreneurs launching or scaling a digital business, established companies adding or improving their digital infrastructure, and operators whose current systems are holding them back. We don't work with personal projects or clients looking for the cheapest available option.
We are incorporated in Delaware, USA, and operate as a remote-first company. We work with clients across the United States, European Union, MENA, and beyond. All engagements are conducted in English regardless of the client's location.
The simplest first step is booking a free 30-minute discovery call or sending us a message through our contact page. During that first conversation, we'll assess your situation, tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and outline what a project with us would look like.
Yes. The first 30-minute discovery call is completely free and comes with no obligation. It's a conversation — not a sales pitch. We use it to understand your situation and determine whether there's a genuine fit before proposing anything.
We respond to all messages and inquiries within 1 business day. If you need a faster response, booking a call directly is the most efficient route — slots are typically available within 24 to 48 hours.

Services

We offer five core service areas: E-commerce Build & Growth (Shopify and WooCommerce), Web Development (corporate websites, landing pages, WordPress), AI & Automation (workflow automation, AI assistants, CRM integration), Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking), and Strategy & Consulting (audits, funnel review, action plans).
Both. Platform choice depends on your existing stack, long-term roadmap, and budget. We'll recommend the right one during discovery and explain the reasoning clearly — we don't default to one platform regardless of context.
WordPress is our primary platform for web development projects. It gives clients full editorial control without sacrificing performance or design integrity. For specific technical requirements, we can discuss other solutions during discovery.
We work with Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and most major CRMs and e-commerce platforms. We assess your existing tools during discovery before recommending anything new — we never add complexity that isn't justified.
We specialize in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Display). We focus on these two platforms because they cover the majority of paid acquisition needs for e-commerce and B2B businesses — and because focus produces better results than spreading thin across every channel.
Yes, and many of our engagements involve multiple service areas. However, we always recommend starting with the highest-impact intervention first, rather than launching everything simultaneously. We'll advise on the right sequencing during the strategy phase.

Process & Timeline

Every project begins with a discovery phase. We define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost before any work starts. You receive a written proposal that outlines exactly what will be built, by when, and at what price. No work begins until both parties have agreed in writing.
A standard corporate website takes 4 to 8 weeks. A landing page takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full e-commerce store build takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope. All timelines are defined at the start and include defined review cycles — we don't move forward without your approval at each stage.
We build structured review cycles into every project. At each milestone, you review the work, provide feedback, and we revise before moving to the next phase. The number of revision rounds is defined in the project scope — we don't do unlimited revisions, but we do ensure the deliverable meets what was agreed.
Yes. Every project ends with full documentation and, where relevant, a training session for your team. We don't believe in vendor lock-in. You should be able to manage, update, and evolve what we built independently — without depending on us for routine tasks.
All projects include a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes and monitoring. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond that window is available as a separate retainer engagement — there's no obligation, it's an option for clients who prefer not to manage independently.
It depends on the service. For web and e-commerce projects: your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), product information, and any existing content. For automation projects: access to your current tools and a description of the processes you want to automate. For strategy: access to your analytics and relevant business data. We'll specify exactly what's needed during scoping.

Pricing & Payment

Projects are scoped and priced individually based on complexity, scope, and specific requirements. We don't apply generic price lists — every quote reflects the actual work involved. You can view our pricing page for reference tiers, or book a call to get a quote tailored to your situation.
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. Both support major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers depending on your location. Invoices are issued in USD for all engagements regardless of the client's country.
Yes. All projects require a deposit before work begins — typically 50% upfront with the remainder due upon delivery or split across defined milestones. The exact payment structure is outlined in your project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Yes, for certain service areas — particularly performance marketing management and ongoing maintenance. Retainers are structured as monthly engagements with a defined scope and deliverables. There's always a minimum notice period for cancellation, outlined in the agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Partial refunds may be considered for work terminated before a defined milestone, at our discretion. No refunds are issued on completed and delivered work. If you have a billing concern, contact billing@matrixcave.com within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Working Together

We communicate primarily via email and scheduled video calls. For larger projects, we may set up a shared workspace (Notion or similar) for documentation and progress tracking. We define communication cadence at the start of each project — you'll always know when to expect updates and how to reach us.
Yes. Confidentiality is covered in our standard service agreement. If you require a separate NDA before sharing sensitive business information, we're happy to sign one. Contact legal@matrixcave.com to arrange this before your discovery call.
You do. Upon full payment, all deliverables — code, design, documentation, and any created assets — transfer to you. We retain no ongoing rights to the work. We may ask for permission to reference the project in our portfolio, but this is never a condition of the agreement.
Yes. Our Case Studies section presents selected past projects with context on objectives, approach, and outcomes. If you're looking for work in a specific industry or service area, mention it during your discovery call and we can share the most relevant examples.
Concerns must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery. If the delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope, we'll address it. If the concern is a change in preference rather than a deviation from the agreed deliverable, additional work may be scoped separately. We're direct about this distinction from the start.
